Along the left wall one can see Saint Anfìd,
the Virgin standing between Saint Augustine
and Saint Rita praying on their knees;
below this we see Nuns kneeling in prayer
and the Souls of Purgatory (17th Century).
In front there is a 17th century wooden
pulpit with small Saints' Statues carved
in the goals and near the wall is a 16th
century fresco the Virgin and Son. The
Monastic Choir made of solid Walnut consists
of twenty two seats. Following along now
on the right wall we see the hall leading
to the Convent. Further along we see the
Crucifix, the Mother and the Saints John & Peter
with the Gothic inscription: HOC OPVS(ACTUM)
FIERI PVULS CICCHI A(NNO) D(OMINI) MCCCC(…).
And on the West wall of the old church; “ ANGELI
EUCARISTICI” with the writing (…)
V=A(…) MCCCCLXXX.
